RSKTV Player Pro is a media player. It does not provide, host, resell or suggest any content: no channels, no films, no content subscription. Playlists and access credentials are added by the user, who is solely and entirely responsible for them.

The publisher is established in Canada, and therefore outside the European Union, and offers its services to persons located in the Union. Article 27 of the General Data Protection Regulation accordingly requires it to designate in writing a representative established in the European Union, who acts as the point of contact for data subjects and supervisory authorities.

This designation is not optional where processing is not occasional, which is the case for a continuous sales activity.

6. Nature of the service
RSKTV Player Pro is software for playing multimedia streams, intended for connected televisions and compatible devices. What is sold is a licence to use the player.
The publisher provides no audiovisual content, hosts none, references none and recommends none. Users enter their own playlists and access credentials themselves, and remain solely responsible for their origin, for the rights they hold in them, and for the compliance of their use with applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
All the elements making up this site and the application — structure, texts, interface, trade marks, logos and code — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher, unless stated otherwise.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
Third-party trade marks and logos referred to (television manufacturers, operating systems, application stores, payment providers) remain the property of their respective owners and are mentioned solely to inform users about the player's compatibility. Their presence implies neither partnership, nor endorsement, nor affiliation.
8. Liability
The publisher takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information published and the availability of the service, without warranting that it will be free of error or interruption.
The publisher cannot be held liable for the content that users access by means of the player: it is neither the publisher nor the host of that content, exercises no control over it, and has no means of knowing its nature.
These limitations apply to the extent permitted by law. They do not restrict the legal warranties available to Québec consumers under the Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code of Québec, from which no derogation is permitted.
9. Reporting an infringement of rights
Any person who considers that a use of the player infringes their rights may report it to the address given in article 1. To be acted upon, a report must state:
- the identity and contact details of the rights holder or their agent;
- the work or right concerned;
- the information needed to identify the use complained of;
- a statement of good faith by the person making the report.
The publisher selects, supplies and recommends no content, and hosts no stream. So that your list of titles appears without delay on the device, its server keeps a technical copy of it, partitioned per device and never cross-referenced with another user's. It therefore has the means to identify a stream reported to it, and it uses them: upon a duly made report, it withdraws access to the stream concerned and may suspend the licence involved.
10. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by the law in force in the province of Québec and by the laws of Canada applicable therein.
This designation does not deprive consumers wherever they reside of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
